Appearance

Yoake’s physic seems somewhat fragile. Her arms and hands are delicate while her legs are a little bit stronger looking. Her body measurements are: 34-26-37. She has sharp-looking eyes with natural long eyelashes and long brown hair that goes mid-back. She rarely wears make up due to her lack of knowledge about it but when she does it’s only mascara and foundation. She likes to wear skinny jeans and big comfy sweats or shirts. She rarely wears dress or skirt since she’s uncomfortable in them.

Personnality

She is an introvert since her childhood. She rarely speaks first to someone especially if they are strangers. She only shows her bright side to those she trust and truly cares about. Her open-mind makes her really patient and understanding, she believes that every act has a reason behind it. However, when someone makes her truly angry, it’s a silent but terrifying sight. Also, if at that moment the one causing her anger continue, she will probably hit them and storm off after a glare. Yoake is also the type who will become easily flustered in some situation and may even start being tsundere-ish. Since she likes sports and doesn’t enjoy shopping at all, she is considered as a tomboy by some. She is the kind of person who will do anything to protect those she cares about.

History

Before her brother was born, she was the little princess in her household. Everyday, her mother and her would spend a lot of time reading books about the ocean, going to the beach or to the aquarium. The marine life, a passion already in the heart of the oceanographer woman soon began to be shared with her daughter. Her father, who may be away for his job for long periods of time, took every opportunity to spend some quality time with his family.

However, everything changed when Yoake was 5 year old, the year her brother was born. Not being strong enough, her mother died after giving birth to Kei. Her father was forced to change job to be able to take care of both children. Her father had a really hard time getting over his wife’s death. It’s also because of this that he gave Kei all his attention, seeing him as the most precious thing Atsuko left behind. Yoake, being neglected, started to talk less and less, only concentrating on her studies and the stories of the anime she watched.

On her last year of high school, her only friend Toshiko invited her to an anime convention. She was mesmerized by how good the voice actors were by seeing how their normal personality differed from the character they played. This is when she decided to become a voice actor.

She entered a specialized school after finishing high school. Being a natural in the domain she was soon heard of in companies. They offered her some role and she accepted, thinking it would be a great advantage to have direct experience and study at the same time.
